How things work

Creating your brand’s personal identity should be interesting, exciting, and above all else it should be fun!

So whether you’re just starting out, or you’re overdue a refresh, I’m here to guide you every step of the way to ensure the entire process is a really great experience.

From kick-off to completion, you’ll be in the loop every step of the way. No fuss, no muss, no coconuts, just project perfection.

After I’ve received your initial enquiry I’ll be in touch within 2 working days to have a chat about your project, and get to know you better.

I’ll send over a project proposal which will have a breakdown of everything we discussed, a formal quote, and an expected project start date.

Your diary slot is held for 3 days.

You’ll receive a questionnaire designed to help me to understand your business, target audience, competitors, industry, and core values.

From there I’ll design and create a visual direction presentation, which will include two initial mood board directions for you to choose from.

This step is where I take all the intangible elements of your business (e.g. the feel, the impression you want to give your customers) and give you visuals that align with your long term vision.

You’ll receive a brand presentation that includes your chosen mood board, logos, typography & colour palette. Along with in-depth explanations detailing my thought process behind the designs, and how they align with your brand strategy.

After receiving the brand identity presentation we’ll go through a round of feedback and revisions.

All my packages come bundled with 2 rounds of revisions included in the price. So we can make any and all necessary changes to make sure everything is utterly perfect.

Once we’ve nailed down the brand identity I can get to work on any extra elements you’ve chosen to include in your package. This includes things like social media suites, business cards, packaging, patterns and so on.

As with the visual identity I like to send over the extras in a separate presentation, and then we’ll go through a round of revisions to make sure everything is just right. 

Once the project has been signed off all the files will be packaged and you’ll receive a personalised Brand Guidelines pack. I’ll be on hand to offer any guidance and support you may need for using your files.
